I was wondering what the hell happened to LBB. I have been so busy with my own legion and the speed at which we have been progressing, that one day I was just like "oh, LBB's gone."

I wasnt aware that you guys were a gaming community eaither. At least you always have players, thats a plus. If any of you still roll around in Aion and need some good groups with no PUGS just shoot me a whisper and I will try to get you into one of my clans groups. Hope you guys have fun in whatever MMO you move to next.

Most of the core of LBB found the game just wasn't to their liking, so people trickled away back to other games. I think there are a couple who still play AION, but I'm not positive.

There just wasn't enough content for my carebear ass. So I canceled my sub effective... sometime this week and will wait for a while to see if it shapes up.

There are games we have played for a very long time, 9 months in WAR over 1 year in SWG, YEARS in EQ1 and nearly a year in EQ2.

There are a few who played CoH and Eve for years.

Its not MMO ADD. Its that there has not really been any good MMOs recently. They either are just terrible, or have too refined of a target audience to gain appeal with enough people to catch on.

This is basically true. I'm pretty much done with the genre at this point-I hold out hope that (a) SWTOR will be half as amazing as I hope it will, and/or (b) I catch a revival in <insert game title here> while we're all within a few levels of one another. Aside from that, I think my MMO holiday is quickly drawing to an end.

I have to say i hate the actual communities more then that i would say i hate the game. the community is what made me stop playing all MMO`s that i have played besides 2 of them, Runescape because i grew up, and RO i simply know to much about to enjoy. Its what made me stop WoW, AoC and sadly AION aswell, i played STO for 2 days now and i have to say i doubt i will last long in that aswell, in these 2 days i already learned lots of new things i hope my mom never discovers...

I dont see a bright future for MMO`s or Internet to be honest, i think the internet makes us show what humanity really is like..

I guess ADD is a little harsh, but it's been a long time since EQ1, SWG and EQII were mostly at the same time...

I mean most of us are always subscribed to at least one MMO, and then those of us who have lifetime accounts due to various jobs can always play thsoe MMOs. But having that game that everyone is playing together just seems to flutter all too much.. I guess it's just there are more games we've tried and have let us down (Aion, Vanguard, Lotro, PotbS, etcc), then games we've liked...
Let me bring you up to speed.

xD

And Yun-Law is entirely right. Since the old SWG days and the old RO days, I really havent found an MMO fell for.
